Aimee--your pies will be perfect!!! Lori--Hey! Thanks for stopping by this blog! Camp Gemunden?!?!?! Wow!!!! How did you get to West Texas? Hope all is well with you--
Down here in Bolivia I was doing the same, listening to my Christmas CD's, marveling at the Christmas tree that made it in our container, and making my first pie crusts. no quick trips to wal-mart to the freezer section, no just hours of pouring over my recipe books and building up the courage to try :) and our teammates said it was worth the courage, our pumpkin, pecan, and chocolate chip pies all turned out great. it's the little things that God blesses us with amidst the being far from home that makes it all worth while. God bless you and yours this holiday season.
