Take a Big, Deep Breath...

We are on the eve of some very big events...

--Graul family arrival Wed for five week stay
--Faith Quest
--Game Park Safari
--Rwebesengo Church Visit (two day trip to Congo border)
--Kagadi church Visit (two hour drive--one way)
--Kyenjojo church Visit
--Alex's birthday
--Christmas

It is hard for this task oriented, detail focussed lady to take in that ALL of those things take place within the next 3 weeks.

So tonight, I am sitting in the dark, staring at my Christmas lights...

Taking a big, deep breath...

Trusting in Him Who Gently Leads...

Knowing, from experience, there are many blessings ahead.

I've just got to keep breathing...:-)

Oh, how I needed to be reminded to take a deep breath and delight in the days to come. Our schedule, though quite different from yours, is overpacked for the next few weeks! Packed with things we have planned with the desire to bring honor to God! How grateful I am for the God who sustains, the One who sees me. He will be enough! And He will receive all the glory as it will be very obvious that any good that comes is not through our might and power, but His!

I love you friend! I'm praying for you and miss you! I so enjoy your blog. It is refreshment to my soul!

That's right...just breath.
And enjoy every minute of your hecticness (is that a word?). God is doing great things through you...try to reflect on that each night and see all the good that comes out of this busy time.
Blessings on you and your family.
I love you.

Hang in there Cheryl. You did a great job when we came over last year and God is the ultimate planner and party host. We will be praying for you guys. Just remember the children outnumber you adults 7 to 4. God bless you and we miss you all.

Two days to Rwebesengo? We made the round trip in one LONG day in the Hilux when we were there! I knew he was trying to break me ;^)
Grace and peace,
Greg

So Steve, it's as if she will ever be able to forget that there are seven , healthy, active, young kids each seeking attention in his own way? We had that situation last year when they were here along with others. Believe me you don't forget the kids when there are that many, not for a moment. Our solution - borrow a 35 ft. motor home for retreat. Cheryl doesn't have that option. Remember Cheryl how we adults kept telling ourselves how much fun it was? And it was. [For the kids.] We have been praying that all of you will have a great time, and that the Spirit will lead you in peace.
